Careers

We're always glad to meet talented, curious people who want to make good games together. XPLOIT is an independent studio building original worlds and gameplay that matters, with real care for quality and for the people doing the work.

We're a small, focused team that runs on trust, clarity and responsibility. No micromanagement: just honest collaboration and room to think, experiment and build things properly.

People who love games, think critically and notice details. Your job title matters less than your mindset, your curiosity and your wish to grow together with the team.

Your ideas won't get lost here. They shape the games we make. You'll work on original projects, have a real say in decisions and see your work in the hands of players.
